Purpose and Objectives

We, the Companion Christadelphians, are a group whose aim is to follow the principles of the Gospel message as laid down in the Bible. As such we are fundamentalist in our approach to the Scriptures. Our purpose is to bring the Gospel message to as many people as we are able. This is because it was commanded by Jesus to do this very thing. (Matthew 28:19-20) We also aim to live our lives in accordance with the principles laid down by Christ and his Apostles in the 1st century. As part of our living the Gospel, it is necessary that we show as many others as possible the wonderful hope we have, so that they too may put on the name of Jesus in Baptism and become potential heirs of the Kingdom.

  • We publicly preach the Gospel according to Scriptural principles. We do not put any modern spin on what we teach. What is written in the Bible is written for a reason, so that we can get an insight into the purpose of God and tell others of the wonderful Hope of the Gospel message. It is essential that the Gospel of the Kingdom Age to come is preached to everyone.
  • We study together to assist one another in our amazing hope of the Gospel. The results of this study are written down and sent to those who are isolated from our main ecclesias to allow them to feel the same benefit of group study.
  • We have produced basic, simple booklets on fundamental Bible topics to guide and assist in the basic study of the hope of the Scripture.

Every member of the Companion group of ecclesias is responsible to follow the Word of God, to preach and teach others of the wonderful Hope we possess. As God’s Word is Truth, we have a responsibility to pass on that message to others.
